The present invention relates to a humidifier having an air cleaning function and more specifically, to a humidifier having an air cleaning function capable of: changing the dry indoor environment into a pleasant environment by supplying water and air cleaned using charcoal to the surrounding environment and having an anti-bacterial effect and an air cleaning effect in addition to a humidification effect； and adjusting the humidity at low costs by having a simple structure and not needing electricity. The humidifier having an air cleaning function includes: a main body which includes a handle in the upper part and a water tank in the lower part； a pair of humidification units which are mounted onto the main body closely to each other and include a pair of accommodation spaces separate from each other where air can be circulated； a plurality of heat reserving panels each of which is accommodated in each accommodation space of the humidification space and is able to absorb water by being elastic and made of porous material； and charcoal which is accommodated in each accommodation space of the humidification unit and is in contact with the heat reserving panels.
