Provided is a magnetic robot system capable of effectively delivering and collecting a moving robot to a point adjacent to a lesion site in a blood vessel or the like. The magnetic robot system comprises: a catheter having a first magnet coupling unit on a front end； and a moving robot having a second magnet coupling unit on a rear end, and having a driving magnet. The moving robot is coupled to the catheter by a magnetic force between the first magnet coupling unit and the second magnet coupling unit. A coupling of the magnetic force between the first magnet coupling unit and the second magnet coupling unit can be released due to rotation magnetic torque generated to the driving magnet by application of an external rotational magnetic force.마그네틱 로봇 시스템이 제공된다. 마그네틱 로봇 시스템은, 선단에 제1자석 체결부가 제공된 카테터； 및 후단에 제2자석 체결부가 제공되고, 구동자석을 갖는 이동 로봇을 포함하되, 상기 이동 로봇은 상기 제1자석 체결부와 상기 제2자석 체결부 간의 자기력에 의하여 상기 카테터와 결합하고, 외부 회전 자기력의 인가로 인해 상기 구동자석에 발생되는 회전 자기 토크로 인해, 상기 제1자석 체결부와 상기 제2자석 체결부의 자기력 결합이 해제될 수 있다.
