PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling of a layer that includes UV ink.SOLUTION: An article with a decorative layer formed on a surface is provided. The decorative layer includes an undercoat layer 2, a first print layer 3 stacked on the undercoat layer 2, and a second print layer 4 stacked on the first print layer 3. The first print layer 2 comprises first ink containing a blocked isocyanate, and the second print layer 4 comprises second ink which is UV ink.
