PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfecting/sterilizing method and production of a culture medium base material in extraction of active ingredients of a water-soluble component contained material composition by effectively using electrolytic water or natural extract material acid water pH 3±1 of plant in a process for nurturing the culture medium in plant cultivation.SOLUTION: The method for treating the aseptic culture medium of the culture medium base material in plant cultivation includes: causing a bactericidal action to act on by effect of putting a water-soluble raw material to be extracted in a penetrating bag followed by putting into electrolytic acid water and further causing alkaline water pH 10±1 to perform neutralization reaction, thus efficiently producing the extract component composition extraction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、植物栽培における培地仕込みの工程において、水溶性成分含有物質組成の有効成分の抽出において培地基材を電気分解水・植物の天然抽出物物質酸性水pH3±1の有効活用をもって、消毒・殺菌する方法及び製造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、水溶性被抽出原料を浸透性のある袋状に入れ、それを電気分解酸性水に入れる事の効果で、殺菌作用が働き、さらにアルカリ水pH10±1で中和反応されることで、抽出物成分組成抽出が効率良く製造され、することを特徴とする植物栽培における培地基材の無菌培地の処理方法。【選択図】図1
