Each of the two flaring sections (2a, 2b) is connected to an end portion of the supporting net stent (1) by means of a fixing element (7). One end of the flaring section (2a, 2b), which is back to the supporting net stent (1), is provided with a plurality of wave crests (5), and all the wave crest (5) parts are provided with smooth edges. The pulmonary artery valve replacement apparatus comprises the safety improved pulmonary artery stent and a prosthesis valve disposed inside the pulmonary artery stent. The flaring sections (2a, 2b) are connected to the supporting net stent (1) by means of a fixing element (7), that is, the flaring sections (2a, 2b) and the supporting net stent (1) are connected in a detachable manner.
