The present invention relates to a novel refined material separated from an extract of Pseudolysimachion rotundum var. subintegrum and a composition including the same as an active ingredient for preventing or treating inflammation, allergy, and asthma. The novel refined material according to the present invention includes high content catalpol derivatives of which the content has been remarkably increased through a production method according to the present invention, so that eosinocytes are increased and the secretion of immunoglobulin and inflammatory chemokine can be effectively controlled in a mouse ovalbumin-induced asthma animal model. Accordingly, the novel refined material can be useful as a pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food, or a heath supplemental food for preventing or treating inflammation, allergy, and asthma.본 발명은 산꼬리풀(Pseudolysimachionrotundumvar.subintegrum) 추출물로부터 분리된 신규 정제물, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증, 알레르기 및 천식의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 산꼬리풀(Pseudolysimachionrotundumvar.subintegrum) 추출물로부터 분리된 신규 정제물은 본 발명에 따른 제조방법을 통하여 함량이 현저하게 증강된, 고함량의 카탈폴 유도체를 포함하고 있기 때문에, 마우스 난백알부민-유도 천식 동물모델에서 호산구의 증가, 면역글로불린 및 염증성 케모카인의 분비를 효과적으로 억제하는 활성을 나타내 염증, 알레르기 및 천식 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물, 건강기능식품 또는 건강보조식품으로 유용하다.
