PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure riding type farm implement which can prevent that the exhaust gas of an engine is directed to a worker, and can simultaneously change the route of the exhaust gas in a simple structure.SOLUTION: This riding type paddy field furrow opener has a driving wheel 4 rotated with an engine 2, a frame 8 supported on the driving wheel 4, a seat 19 disposed on the frame 8, and a furrow-opening blade 16, and a worker rides on the seat 19 and works. In the riding type implement, the seat 19, the frame 8 and the furrow-opening blade 16 are integrated. The riding type implement has a driving unit 11 integrating the driving wheel 4, reduction gears 3, a transmission shaft pipe 1 in which the transmission shaft is built, the engine 2 and a handle 5. The driving unit 11 is rotatably attached to the frame 8.
