<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch sheet for teeth or gums eliminating trouble possessed by a conventional patch sheet, having an excellent feeling of use, sense of incompatibility, adhesiveness to teeth, and operability, wearable in the oral cavity over a long period of time, and effectively applying a medicament. <；P>；SOLUTION: The patch sheet for the teeth or gums includes a support, and a paste composition having adhesiveness to the teeth or gums. The support has a three-layer structure in which a polyethylene or polypropylene layer (C) having 10-30 &mu；m thickness is interposed between a spunlace nonwoven fabric (A) containing polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene, and a spunlace nonwoven fabric (B) containing rayon.
