The subject of the present invention is a composition of keratinous fibers comprising: at least one fatty substance, at least one oxyethylenated (OE) nonionic surfactant comprising a number of EO units ranging from 1 to 9, at least one oxyethylenated nonionic surfactant； (EO) comprising at least 10 EO units, the weight ratio of the amount of oxyethylenated nonionic surfactant (s) comprising at least 10 EO units relative to the amount of oxyethylenated nonionic surfactants) comprising number of EO units ranging from 1 to 9, being greater than or equal to 1, at least one basifying agent, at least one persalt and hydrogen peroxide, the total amount of fat in the composition being greater than or equal to at 50% by weight relative to the total weight of said composition. The subject of the invention is also a process for dyeing keratin fibers using this composition, as well as a kit. La présente invention a pour objet une composition des fibres kératiniques comprenant: - au moins un corps gras, - au moins un tensioactif non ionique oxyéthyléné (OE) comprenant un nombre de motifs OE allant de 1 à 9, au moins un tensioactif non ionique oxyéthyléné (OE) comprenant au moins 10 motifs OE, le rapport pondéral de la quantité de tensioactif(s) non ionique(s) oxyéthyléné(s) comprenant au moins 10 motifs OE sur la quantité de tensioactifs) non ionique oxyéthyléné(s) comprenant un nombre de motifs OE allant de 1 à 9, étant supérieur ou égal à 1, - au moins un agent alcalinisant, - au moins un persel et - du peroxyde d'hydrogène, la quantité totale en corps gras dans la composition étant supérieure ou égale à 50% en poids par rapport au poids total de la dite composition. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de coloration des fibres kératiniques mettant en œuvre cette composition, ainsi qu'un kit.
