A method for making an autologous Protein Solution comprising IL-ira and IL-1². The concentration of IL-ira in the autologous Protein Solution is at least 1500 times greater than the concentration of IL-1². The method comprises: obtaining whole blood or bone marrow from a subject suffering from osteoarthritis； fractionating the whole blood or bone marrow to produce a platelet-rich plasma fraction； concentrating the platelet-rich plasma fraction by contacting the fraction with polyacrylamide beads； and separating the polyacrylamide beads from the platelet-rich plasma to form the autologous Protein Solution.La présente invention concerne des procédés de traitement de la douleur à l'aide d'une solution de protéines comprenant au moins deux des protéines du groupe suivant : IL1-ra, sTNF-R1, sTNF-RII, IGF-I, EGF, HGF, PDGF-AB, PDGF-BB, VEGF, TGF-β1, et sIL-1RII.
