A sprinkling device includes a grip, a rotary seat mounted and sealed onto the grip and a sprinkling head mounted and sealed onto the rotary seat. The sprinkler head and rotary seat connected to allow relative rotation. The sprinkling device is useable as a spray gun when the axis of the sprinkling head is co-axial or parallel to that of the rotary seat. The sprinkling device is used as a sprinkler when the axes of the sprinkling head and the rotary seat form an angle, wherein the grip is used as a platform for the device to rest on the floor and spray water upwards.
