PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device excellent in workability when collecting a blood vessel together with its peripheral tissue.SOLUTION: A peeling device 12 includes a grip part 16, and a peeling member 18 provided at the tip of the grip part 16. The peeling member 18 includes a base part 22 (a first peeling part), and two side parts 24a and 24b (second peeling parts) extending from one side and the other side of the base part 22 respectively which are configured so as to form a space part 19 penetrating the inside of the peeling member 18 in an axial direction together with the base part 22.
