The present invention relates to a system for drying a waste mushroom culture medium by using waste heat. The present invention collects waste heat contained in steam discharged from a sterilization tank of a mushroom culture medium and utilizes the waste heat to dry a waste mushroom culture medium discarded after the harvest of mushrooms. The present invention comprises: a first heat exchanger (300)； a second heat exchanger (400)； a fan (910)； an air flow type dryer (500)； and a drum dryer (600). The first heat exchanger (300) receives heat from steam discharged from a sterilization tank (100) and transfers the heat to circulation water. The second heat exchanger (400) receives the heat from the circulation water which has absorbed the heat from the first heat exchanger (300) and transfers the heat to air flow. The fan (910) supplies air flow around the second heat exchanger (400). The air flow type dryer (500) dries a waste mushroom culture medium by receiving the air flow passing through the second heat exchanger (400). The drum dryer (500) dries the waste mushroom culture medium by receiving the air flow passing through the second heat exchanger (400).본 발명은 버섯배지의 살균조에서 배출되는 스팀에 포함된 폐열을 회수하여 버섯 수확 후 폐기되는 버섯 폐배지의 건조에 활용하는 폐열활용 버섯 폐배지 건조시스템에 관한 것으로서, 살균조(100)에서 배출되는 스팀으로부터 열을 공급받아 순환수(circulation water)로 전달하는 제1열교환기(300)； 상기 제1열교환기(300)에서 열을 흡수한 순환수로부터 열을 공급받아 주변 기류(air flow)로 전달하는 제2열교환기(400)； 상기 제2열교환기(400) 주변으로 기류를 공급하는 팬(910)； 상기 제2열교환기(400)를 통과한 기류를 공급받아 버섯 폐배지를 건조하는 기류식건조기(500)； 및, 상기 제2열교환기(400)를 통과한 기류를 공급받아 버섯 폐배지를 건조하는 드럼건조기(600)；를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
