PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interdental cleaning implement capable of preventing occurrence of discomfort due to contact with teeth, substantially securing interdental cleaning properties, having excellent durability, being manufactured at a low cost, and causing no metallic allergy.SOLUTION: An interdental cleaning implement 10 includes a brush member 13 having a brush part 12 for interdental cleaning, and a handle member 14 as a handle part of the brush member 13. A wire for the interdental cleaning implement for constituting the brush member 13 comprises a solid core material composed of a resin material, and a wing material composed of a resin material different from the resin material comprising the core material. The wing material includes a sheath part externally fitted around the core material, and at least one wing part extending from the sheath part to an outward side in a direction of orthogonal to the length direction of the core material.
