PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interdental cleaning tool wire that is capable of preventing generation of discomfort caused by contact with a tooth, is capable of securing performance of cleaning a gap between teeth, is capable of being manufactured inexpensively while having excellent durability, and causes no metal allergy.SOLUTION: An interdental cleaning tool wire comprises: a solid core material 2 constituted by a resin material and a feather material 3 that is constituted by a resin material differing from the resin material constituting the core material 2 and includes a sheath part 3a externally mounted on the core material 2 and at least one sheet of feather part 3b extending from the sheath part 3a to the exterior side in a direction orthogonal to the core material 2s lengthwise direction. The core material 2 and the feather material 3 are simultaneously and integrally molded.
