PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interdental cleaning tool facilitating holding by pinching wide both surfaces of a handle base material with the thumb and the forefinger, and improving handling properties.SOLUTION: An interdental cleaning tool 1 which includes a base material part 10 comprising a synthetic resin, and a soft part 20 comprising an elastomer is such that: the base material part 10 has a handle base material 11 and a slender shaft-like core part 12； the soft part 20 has a cleaning soft part 21 covering the core part 12； a handle part 3 as a handle is constituted of the handle base material 11； and a cleaning part 2 for interdental cleaning is constituted of the core part 12 and the cleaning soft part 21. The handle base material 11 is formed in a slender and flat rod-like form having a handle base material body 11a and a tapered base material part 11b connected to the tip of the handle base material body 11a.
