In the case of producing dry flowers from non-dried flowers, easily color-changeable flowers are converted into dry flowers, which sustain the original shape and color, without causing color change. A method of producing dry flowers characterized by comprising dipping non-dried flowers in acetone at 0 to 30oC for 10 seconds to 20 minutes and, after taking out, treating the flowers by at least one drying method selected from among organic solvent-substitution drying, vacuum drying, freeze drying and powdery desiccant-embedding.
