PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove removal device which can easily remove the glove from a gloved hand to sufficiently reduce the risk of infection.SOLUTION: A glove removal device includes: fluid ejection means 4 which has an ejection opening 41 for ejecting a fluid into a glove worn by a hand from an opening of the glove and sucking and swallowing means 5 which sucks the glove and has a sucking and swallowing opening 51 for swallowing the glove removed from the hand. An area of a contact surface of the hand with the glove is reduced by the fluid ejected from the ejection opening 41 and therefore a frictional force is reduced. In addition, the glove is being sucked by the sucking and swallowing means 5. Therefore, as soon as the frictional force becomes smaller than a resultant force of the suction force and a force exerted by a wearer in pulling the hand out of the glove, the glove is easily removed from the hand.
