PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor space work support system capable of acquiring and accumulating biometric information and position information of an operator even in an indoor space by using a wearable device worn by the operator. An indoor space work support system 1 includes at least three or more access points 2 installed at predetermined positions in an indoor space so as to be capable of wireless communication with each other, and is wirelessly communicable with the access points 2 and is worn by a worker. And a server 4 connected to at least one access point. Each access point transmits a radio wave carrying respective position information, and the wearable device acquires the biometric information of the worker and the reception intensity and position information of the radio wave of each access point and transmits it to the server. The received biometric information and the received intensity and position information are stored in association with the system time, and the position of the worker is calculated based on the received intensity and position information.
