PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system for enabling an operator in a sterilized area to operate an image with a specific position as an origin by designating the position of the image by using a gesture and a visual line.SOLUTION: A medical system 1 includes a display part 9a, a voice input part 5, a gesture sensor 4 for acquiring at least one or more feature point coordinates or a visual line position measurement sensor 30 for measuring temporary visual line position coordinates on the display part 9a, and an information processing part 21 for extracting predetermined feature point coordinates from at least one or more feature point coordinates or an information processing part 21a for calculating the visual line position coordinate on the display part 9a from the temporary visual line position coordinates.
