PURPOSE: A diaper exchanging table is provided to improve touch feeling and comfortability due to the elasticity of an inner layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of diaper exchanging table comprises: a step of forming an outside structure layer(101) on one side of a mold, corresponding to the shape of a diaper exchanging table(100)； a step of forming a releasing agent layer on the other side of the mold, for easily exfoliating from the mold； a step of forming a colored coating layer(102) on the releasing agent layer, for generating elastic surface； and a step of forming semi-rigid foam layer, which consists of a first non-foam coating layer, a flexible foam layer, and a second non-foam coating layer in order, between the colored coating layer and the outside structure layer.기저귀 교환대 내면층이 탄성을 가질 수 있도록 하는 연질폼층과 이 연질층을 보호하는 제1 및 제2 무발포 도막층이 형성된 3중층의 반경질폼층이 형성된, 탄성을 갖는 쿠션 기저귀 교환대 및 그 제조 방법이 제공된다. 탄성을 갖는 쿠션 기저귀 교환대 제조 방법은, a) 기저귀 교환대의 형상에 대응하여 일측 금형에 외부 구조체층을 형성하는 단계； b) 금형으로부터 용이하게 박리되도록 기저귀 교환대의 타측 금형에 이형제층을 형성하는 단계； c) 탄성 표면을 제공하도록 이형제층 상에 유색 코팅층을 형성하는 단계； 및 d) 유색 코팅층이 형성된 일측 및 타측 금형 사이의 이격 부분에 순차적으로 제1 무발포 도막층, 연질폼층 및 제2 무발포 도막층으로 이루어진 반경질폼(Semi-rigid foam)층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 또한, 탄성을 갖는 쿠션 기저귀 교환대는 기저귀 교환대에 체중계 및 신장계를 설치함으로써 기저귀 교환시 유아의 체중과 신장을 측정할 수 있고, 기저귀 교환대에 모빌을 설치하여 유아의 시선을 다른 곳으로 돌림으로써 손쉽게 기저귀를 교환할 수 있다.
