PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jellied daily dish making a jellified seasoning liquid rapidly melt and separate from ingredients when being put into the mouth, and allowing to enjoy the original texture, taste, and flavor of ingredients of the daily dish, and at the same time, the deliciousness of seasoning liquid.SOLUTION: The jellied daily dish is obtained by enclosing the ingredients of the daily dish in a jellified seasoning liquid. The jellied daily dish has a water absorption distance of 15-25 mm when vertically inserting an longitudinal end of the cut piece (length×width=50 mm×20 mm) of a filter paper corresponding to "second class" regulated by JIS P3801, into the jellified seasoning liquid kept at 10°C, by 15 mm, and measuring as a water absorption distance, a water absorption height from the surface of the jellified seasoning liquid after the lapse of two minutes.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 口に入れるとゼリー化した調味液が速やかに溶けて具材から分離し、惣菜を構成している具材本来の食感、食味及び風味と、調味液のうま味を同時に味わうことのできるゼリー惣菜の提供。【解決手段】 ゼリー化した調味液中に惣菜の具材が封入されているゼリー惣菜であって、JIS P3801で規定する「2種」に相当する濾紙の切断片(長さ×幅=50mm×20mm)の長さ方向の先端15mmを、10℃の温度に保ったゼリー化した調味液中に垂直に差し込み、2分間経過した時点でのゼリー化した調味液表面からの吸液高さを測定して吸水距離としたときに、当該吸水距離が15~25mmであるゼリー惣菜。【選択図】 なし
