PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnover type liquid medicine preparation apparatus capable of accurately detecting leakage or dispensing defects.SOLUTION: The liquid medicine preparation apparatus includes a rotary unit 12 for turning over a plurality of source medicine containers 100 while holding them, a pump 20 for pressurizing at least a part of the source medicine containers 100 and pipings 29 and 30 communicating with the source medicine containers 100, a pressure sensor 21 for detecting the inner pressure of the pipings 29 and 30, a scale base 34 for detecting the amount of liquid medicine dispensed to a medication container 110, and a control part 10 for controlling the drive of them.
