PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent mistaken taking of a medicine when transferring the medicine from an original container to a pharmacy work container.SOLUTION: A medicine filling device 10 has a bar code reader 20, and thereby, a bar code label provided in the pharmacy work container 12 is read. A bar code reader 22 reads a bar code label provide in an original container. Measurement by a measurement part 32 is executed to a medicine put inside a hopper 24, and thereby, it is decided whether or not the medicine is proper. The measurement part 32 has a function of measuring an optical spectrum and a function of analyzing an image.
