PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing preservation container placed with a bar code label which impairs no visual recognition inside the container.SOLUTION: On a container 11, a bar code label 15 is placed which has a transparent part 20 in the axial direction of the container 11 in a part of the label 15 printed with a bar code 14. The bar code label is formed with a laminated structure comprising: a printed layer to be printed with a bar code on the surface a first adhesive layer laminated on the reverse face of the printed layer a transparent layer laminated on the reverse face of the first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer laminated on the reverse face of the transparent layer. In the printed layer, there is provided a removal part 21 which is for forming the transparent part by cutting off a part of the printed layer in the axial direction of the container.
