PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiaging agent for inhibiting aging of starch during storage of starch-containing paste products of fish meat, and a manufacturing method of starch-containing paste products of fish meat with use of the antiaging agent.SOLUTION: The antiaging agent for starch-containing paste products of fish meat includes whole fat soybean powder with an NSI of 70 to 93%. Examples of the starch-containing paste products of fish meat include a steamed fish paste cake, a crab stick, a tube-shaped fish paste cake, a deep-fried patty of fish paste, a fish sausage, a hanpen, a deep-fried tofu mixed with thinly sliced vegetables.
