FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Disclosed is a method of producing biomaterials from bone tissue, involving its mechanical cleaning and fragmentation, washing, enzyme treatment and removal, treatment with an alkali solution, degreasing, partial or complete decalcification in acid medium, drying, packaging and sterilization. At that, after purification of bone of natural origin is performed cutting into blocks of specified size, wherein bone fragments are provided with diameter holes; washing is performed in distilled water flow for 2 hours with further 2 or 3 cycles of immersing bone fragments in 3 % hydrogen peroxide in ultrasound unit; initial degreasing is carried out with continuous stirring by sequential placement of lipase in carbonate buffer pH 9.0 with content of lipase in amount of 0.05 g per 1 g of native bone for 5–10 hours at temperature 37–38 °C with further inactivation of enzyme and washing carbonate buffer, and for cancellous bone, collagenase solution in TESCA buffer, with collagenase content in solution of 0.1 mg per 1 g of native bone for 5 hours at 35–38°C with further inactivation of enzyme and washing with TESCA buffer, wherein for cortical bone degreasing with collagenase solution in TESCA buffer is not used, as well as final washing of bone fragments with distilled water and treatment with 3.25 % sodium hypochlorite solution for 10 min, followed by washing with deionised water, further degreasing is carried out by double immersion in mixture of hexane/ethyl alcohol 96 % 1:1 in amount of 10 ml of mixture per 1 g of native bone for 12 hours, further, after removal of the mixture, bone fragments are placed in an ultrasonic device with distilled water and treatment cycles are carried out for 5–6 hours until neutral pH is achieved.EFFECT: invention provides higher adhesion, biocompatibility and osteoconductivity of biomaterials.1 cl, 1 exИзобретение относится к медицине.
