A fetus movement monitoring system easily usable at home and capable of accurately collecting more detail information on fetus movement over a long time and analyzing it and a fetus movement information collecting device are provided. The fetus movement monitoring system comprises a fetus movement information collecting device (21) including a fetus movement sensor (22) for detecting the movement of a fetus in the mother&rsquos body, a timer (25) for outputting time information, a memory (26), and storage control means (24) which receives the output signal from the fetus movement a sensor (22) and stores in the memory (26) the waveform information on the signal outputted from the fetus movement sensor (22) during the period from the time when the level of the output signal exceeds a predetermined threshold till a predetermined time elapses along with the time information on the time, and an analyzing device (40) for performing signal waveform reproduction and fetus movement type judgment on the basis of the waveform information and the time information stored in the memory (26), creation of an occurrence pattern of fetus movement, judgment whether or not the fetus is favorable on the basis of the occurrence pattern, and display output of the judgment result to a display (42).
