According to the present invention, a ventricle drug injection device having a joint structure, comprises: an insertion tube having a form of a hollow pipe, and including a first joint part with a female thread formed on the inner surface at one end, wherein the female thread has a predetermined length and a drug injection part including an elliptical storage part having an empty space inside, and a second joint pipe combined to the first joint part by having a male thread formed on the external surface, wherein the male thread has a predetermined length and is connected to the bottom part of the storage part.
