In the present invention, provided is a sperm-injecting heating device of artificial insemination, comprising an external cylindrical pipe which is linearly extended and has an empty space inside； an internal cylindrical pipe which is inserted in the external pipe, is linearly extended, and has an empty space inside and a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the external pipe； a warming pad which is attached on the surface of the internal pipe and heats the internal pipe with external power； an insulation layer filled between the external pipe and the internal pipe； a power supplying line which is connected to the warm pad and receives power from the external power source； and a power source terminal which is installed on the end part of the power supplying line to receive powder in a vehicle. According to the present invention, the sperm-injecting heating device is safely used, even during the winter, for artificial insemination by increasing the temperature when traveling.본 발명은 선형적으로 길게 연장되고 내부에 빈 공간이 있는 원통형 외관과, 상기 외관 내에 삽입되어 배치되며, 선형적으로 길게 연장되고 내부에 빈 공간이 있고 상기 외관의 내경 보다 작은 외경을 갖는 원통형 내관과, 상기 내관의 표면에 부착되어 외부 전원으로부터 내관에 열을 가하는 온열 패드와, 상기 외관과 내관 사이의 공간에 충진되는 단열층과, 상기 온열 패드와 연결되며, 외부 전원으로부터 전원을 공급받는 전원선을 포함하고, 상기 전원선의 끝에는 차량 내에서 전원을 공급받을 수 있는 전원단자가 마련되어 있는 인공수정용 정액주입기 가온장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 이동 중에도 쉽고 빠르게 주입기를 승온시켜 동절기에도 안전하게 인공수정을 실시할 수 있다.
