PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive and an adhesive sheet which achieve both adhesiveness to the skin and peelability from the skin at high levels and suppress an adhesive deposit in the present invention.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive for skin patch includes an acrylic polymer which is an emulsion polymer of a monomer mixture including an acrylic acid alkyl ester (A) including an alkyl chain having 4 to 7 carbon atoms, an acrylic acid alkyl ester (B) including an alkyl chain having 8 to 12 carbon atoms, and acrylic acid.
