The subject of the present invention is a material in the form of solid particles having a diameter ranging from 1 μm to 1 cm and consisting of a continuous envelope comprising at least one silicon oxide, said envelope enclosing an aqueous phase, said material being characterized in that said aqueous phase contains at least one hydrophilic substance of interest S and at least one droplet of a fatty phase mainly comprising a crystallizable oil in the solid state at the storage temperature of said material, said crystallizable oil having a melting point (T ) less than 100 ° C, and containing at least one substance of lipophilic interest S. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of said material, to its use for the thermostimulated delivery of active substances, and to the compositions containing it.La présente invention a pour objet un matériau sous forme de particules solides de diamètre variant de 1 µm à 1 cm constituées d'une enveloppe continue comprenant au moins un oxyde de silicium, ladite enveloppe emprisonnant une phase aqueuse, ledit matériau étant caractérisé en ce que ladite phase aqueuse renferme au moins substance d'intérêt hydrophile S et au moins une gouttelette d'une phase grasse comprenant majoritairement une huile cristallisable à l'état solide à la température de stockage dudit matériau, ladite huile cristallisable ayant une température de fusion (T ) inférieure à 100°C, et renfermant au moins une substance d'intérêt lipophile S . L'invention est également relative à un procédé de préparation dudit matériau, à son utilisation pour la délivrance thermostimulée de substances actives, ainsi qu'aux compositions le renfermant.
