To provide an implant attachment device capable of securing holding force to a guide sleeve, sufficiently and a bone fixing system having the same.SOLUTION: An implant attachment device 200 of the invention comprises: a connection part 210； a guide support part 220 connected to the connection part 210； and a guide sleeve attached to the guide support part 220 and has an introduction guide hole oriented to a bone or an implant.
