The adaptor (10) has a double pyramid tubular sleeve comprising an end (11) with an inner diameter that corresponds to an outer diameter of a dental pump, where an outer diameter of the end corresponds to an inner diameter of flexible tubes. Another end (12) comprises an outer diameter that corresponds to an inner diameter of a saliva suction nozzle. An intermediate segment (13) is subdivided into a series of conical tubular sections (14-1, 14-2, 15, 16, 17), where outer diameters of the sections decrease from a median part of the intermediate section towards the ends of the adaptor.
