The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a tablet by enzymatically decomposing ginseng with maca and then fermenting the mixture and, more specifically, to a method capable of improving absorption rates in a body of active ingredients contained in ginseng and maca. The method of manufacturing a tablet containing fermented ginseng and maca enzymatically decomposes ginseng with maca to lower its molecular weight, and then ferments the mixture. Therefore, a larger quantity of saponin contained in ginseng and maca is converted from glycosides which are not easily absorbed in the body into aglycones which are easily absorbed in the body to improve absorption rates in the body of the active ingredients. Also, since ginseng and maca materials are all used without discarding ingredients in a manufacturing process, all of the active ingredients contained in ginseng and maca can be used. Effective ingredients contained in ginseng and maca are coated with saccharide to improve storability.본 발명은 인삼을 마카(maca)와 함께 효소분해한 후 발효시켜 정제를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 인삼과 마카에 함유된 유효성분의 체내 흡수율을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 발효 인삼과 마카를 함유하는 정제의 제조방법은 인삼을 마카와 함께 효소분해하여 이들의 구성성분들을 저분자화한 다음 발효시키므로 인삼과 마카에 함유된 사포닌이 인체 흡수가 어려운 배당체에서 인체 흡수가 용이한 비배당체로 보다 많이 전환되어 이들 유효성분의 체내 흡수율이 향상되며, 또한 제조과정에서 폐기되는 성분이 없이 인삼과 마카 원재료를 모두 이용하므로 인삼과 마카에 함유된 유효성분을 모두 이용할 수 있으며, 인삼과 마카에 함유된 유용성분을 당류로 코팅하여 저장성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
