PURPOSE: A water block is provided to have buoyancy and improve the strength thereof by filling the water block with recycled foamed synthetic resin with a hollow part made of foamed synthetic resin and forming an internal member. CONSTITUTION: A water block comprises an external member(10) and an internal member(20). The external member is recycled synthetic resin, and the internal member is recycled foamed synthetic resin. The external member is composed of an upper plate(11), a lower plate(12), and a middle plate(13). Multiple connection holes(15) are formed in the block. A projection and a groove for a connection are formed by projecting the middle plate from the upper plate and the lower plate. Several water blocks are tightly connected to each other by the projection and the groove for connection.본 발명은, 수상용 블록에 있어서, 상기 수상용 블록은 외부부재(10)와 내부부재(20)를 상호 융착시켜서 형성하되, 외부부재(10)는 잘게 분쇄하여 분말형태로 된 재활용 폐합성수지를 금형 내부에 넣은 후 금형 외부를 가열하여 형성한 것이며, 내부부재(20)는 재활용 폐발포합성수지만을 선택하여 잘게 분쇄한 후 상기 외부부재 내부에 충진한 것을 특징으로 하는 수상용 블록에 관한 것으로, 재활용 폐합성수지와 재활용 폐발포합성수지를 사용함으로써 제작경비가 현저하게 절감되며, 폐합성수지로 만들어진 외부부재의 내부 중공부위에 내부부재를 형성하되, 재활용 폐발포합성수지를 상기 중공부위에 충진하여 내부부재를 형성함으로써 수상용 블록이 부력을 가지게 함과 아울러 강도를 향상시키게 되는 현저한 효과가 있는 수상용 블록에 관한 것이다.
