PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective plate, tape, a barricade bar (belt), a flasher, an electroluminescent appliance, a light etc. which are capable of reducing the number of traffic accidents.SOLUTION: "Positive precaution colors" exciting nerves, such as red and yellow, and "negative precaution colors" sedating the cranial and optic nerves, such as blue, white and black, are appropriately emitted.
