The present invention relates to an optical surgical patch. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the optical surgical patch includes: a plate-like patch body having a through-hole for penetration of light； a circuit board disposed in the patch body； a built-in battery disposed in the patch body； a low level light device electrically connected to the circuit board, and emitting, to the outside of the patch body, a relatively low level laser or low level light of a light emitting device (LED) within 100 mW or less with power from the built-in battery； and a charging terminal provided on the patch body for selective power supply from an external charger with respect to the built-in battery.본 발명은 광 시술 패치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 광 시술 패치는 광(light)의 투과를 위한 투과홀을 갖는 판(plate) 형상의 패치 몸체, 패치 몸체 내부에 배치된 회로 기판, 패치 몸체 내부에 배치된 내장 배터리, 회로 기판에 전기적으로 연결되며 내장 배터리의 자체 전력으로서 패치 몸체 외부로 100mW 이하의 상대적으로 낮은 저출력 레이저(Low Level Laser) 또는 저출력 엘이디(LED)를 조사시키는 저출력 광 소자(Low Level Light Device), 그리고 내장 배터리에 대해 외부 충전기로부터의 선택적 전기 공급을 위해 패치 몸체에 구비된 충전 단자를 포함할 수 있다.
