PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization device of toilet bowl capable of efficiently sterilizing in a region including a contact line between a water seal surface and an inner surface i.e. a waterline of a toilet bowl body.SOLUTION: The sterilization device of toilet bowl includes at least: ultraviolet transmission means 4 which forms a part of a toilet bowl body 1 ultraviolet generation means 5 which is incorporated with the toilet bowl body 1 inside thereof which is formed by the ultraviolet transmission means 4 to generate and output ultraviolet toward the ultraviolet transmission means 4 and control means 6 that controls an ultraviolet generation operation and generation timing of the ultraviolet generation means 5.
