The present invention relates to an autoclave apparatus with a sealed part capable of shape deformation and, more specifically, to an autoclave apparatus with a sealed part capable of shape deformation which injects high pressure gas in order to applying pressure to a pressurization plate receiving products, deforms a shape by high pressure gas applied to the constant part of a sealed part formed in the pressurization plate and is able to perform shape deformation performing sealing. The autoclave apparatus comprises the sealed part formed in the pressurization plate, bents the sealed part towards the inner side of the pressurization plate at constant distance by making the upper part of the sealed part protrude, makes the pressurization plate flow towards the upper part with a cylinder, makes contact between the pressurization plate and upper plate and is able to perform shape deformation by pressurized gas injected in pressurization by injecting pressurized gas into the pressurization plate.
