PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medical diagnosis support device, method, and program capable of performing display in which the position of a part having the possibility of a lesion can intuitively be specified at a glance and which is suitable to diagnose a lumen-like tissue.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis support device 1 is a device for using medical image data of the colon in a supine position and a prone position to perform display for supporting colon diagnosis.
