PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnosis support device, method, and program capable of performing a display optimal for diagnosis of a lumen-like tissue, the display allowing an operator to intuitively specify, at a glance, a position of a part having a possibility of lesion.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis support device 1, the device using medical image data of the large intestine in a supine position and a prone position, to perform a display for supporting diagnosis of the large intestine, includes: virtual display means 20 that displays a virtual endoscopic image of the large intestine for each position on the basis of the medial image data and position information display means 21 that is formed by inputting position information in the longitudinal direction of the large intestine, of a region of interest specified on the basis of the virtual endoscopic image and being different from the normal state of the large intestine, and, when multiple pieces of position information are displayed for each position, with their apposed along a prescribed display direction, displays the length from a display reference position in a prescribed display direction to a display position of the position information in association with a distance from a prescribed position of the large intestine to the region of interest in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】病変の可能性がある部分の位置を直感的に一目で特定できる表示であって、管腔状組織の診断に好適な表示を行うことができる医用診断支援装置、方法およびプログラムを得る。【解決手段】医用診断支援装置1は、仰臥位と腹臥位とにおける大腸の医用画像データを用いて、大腸の診断を支援する表示を行う装置であって、医用画像データを基にして、大腸の仮想内視鏡画像を体位毎に表示する仮想表示手段20と、仮想内視鏡画像を基にして特定された、通常の大腸の状態とは異なる関心部の、大腸の長手方向における位置情報を入力されてなり、この位置情報を体位毎に所定の表示方向に沿って並列して表示するときに、所定の表示方向における表示基準位置から位置情報の表示位置までの長さを、長手方向における、大腸の所定位置から関心部までの距離に対応させて表示する位置情報表示手段21とを備えている。【選択図】 図1
