The invention relates to a pharmaceutical patch for transdermal administration of the pharmacologically active ingredient (1r,4r)-6-fluoro-N,N-dimethyl-4-phenyl-4,9-dihydro-3H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,1-pyrano[3,4-b]indol]-4-amine or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, the patch comprising a surface layer, an adhesive layer, and a removable protective layer, wherein the adhesive layer is located between the surface layer and the removable protective layer.Linvention porte sur un timbre pharmaceutique pour ladministration transdermique du principe pharmacologiquement actif (1R,4R)-6-fluoro-N,N-diméthyl-4-phenyl-4,9-dihydro-3H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,1-pyrano[3,4-b]indol]-4-amine ou dun sel physiologiquement acceptable de celle-ci, le timbre comprenant une couche de surface, une couche adhésive et une couche protectrice détachable, la couche adhésive étant située entre la couche de surface et la couche protectrice détachable.
