PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for instant confirmation of a medical image desired to be confirmed by performing a gesture operation for directly instructing a human body part when confirming a medical image during surgery.SOLUTION: A relative position between a three-dimensional object, and a human hand is identified, and from among plural tomograms indicating a cross section of the three-dimensional object, a tomogram corresponding to the identified relative position is acquired.
