摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for subcutaneous, intramuscular and intravenous introductions of medications, located in cartridges in liquid state or in dry form together with solvent, and used for single injections. Disposable syringe-cartridge for medication injection contains cylindrical case. In anterior part of case there is a chamber for placement of injection end of double-pointed needle, fixed in piston-partition. Posterior butt end of case is provided with piston, installed with possibility of movement inside it. Medication is located in cavity between piston-partition and piston. Piston-partition is made with possibility to move inside case, is blocked from the cavity side with openable membrane, and from chamber side is installed in contact with case beads. Needle is fixed in piston-partition with protruding opposite end. Chamber for placement of injection end of double-pointed needle has a hole on anterior case butt end and hole for air output on case side wall, blocked with protective membrane. Posterior butt end of case is blocked with protective membrane of access to piston. In the second version of implementation cavity between piston-partition and piston is additionally divided with plug-separator into two chambers, the first of which is limited with piston-partition and contains part of medication in solid form, and the second is limited with piston and contains part of medication in liquid form. In case wall parallel to its axis made is canal with two outlets into case cavity. Canal length is selected in such a way that the first outlet is located in the first chamber, and the second - in the second chamber, during movement of plug-separator.EFFECT: increase of entire injection system sterility until its contact with patient due to assemblage in factory conditions, elimination of syringe re-use, simplification of application, as well as extension of possibilities of exploitation with various ty
