PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation-type bone joint plate whose end parts separated in the body can be pinched and removed out of the body through a small incision.SOLUTION: The separation-type bone joint plate comprises a plate piece 11 and a plate piece 12. The plate piece 11 and the plate piece 12 are superimposed partly on each other along a longitudinal direction, and are fixed via screws while making an insertion hole 11c of the plate piece 11 communicate with a second insertion hole 12c of the plate piece 12. When removing the plate pieces 11, 12, all the screws are removed with a driver to separate the plate pieces 11, 12 from each other, thereafter a pulling-out incision is made in the vicinity of the end parts of the plate pieces 11, 12, and each of the plate pieces 11, 12 is pulled out in a longitudinal direction using a plate taking-out tool 15 inserted through the pulling-out incision to be removed out of the body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】体内で分割された端部を摘んで小さな切口から体外に除去することのできる分割式骨接合プレートを提供する。【解決手段】分割式骨接合プレートは、プレート片11とプレート片12とから構成し、プレート片11とプレート片12は長手方向に沿って一部同士を重ね合わせ、プレート片11の挿通孔11cとプレート片12の第2の挿通孔12cとを連通した状態でスクリューにより固定する。プレート片11、12を除去する際は、ドライバにより全てのスクリューを除去してプレート片11、12同士を分離した後に、プレート片11、12の端部近傍に引出用切口を設け、引出用切口から挿入したプレート取出用治具15を用いて、プレート片11、12を個々に長手方向に引き出して体外に除去する。【選択図】図8
