To provide a bacterium-based microrobot which can be specifically targeted to cancer in vivo, the present invention provides a drug delivery system for cancer tissue, comprising a bacterium, and a microbead encapsulated with at least one drug, wherein biotin is bound to a surface of the bacterium and a surface of the microbead is coated with streptavidin.본 발명은 생체 내에서 암 조직에 대하여 특이적으로 타겟팅 될 수 있는 박테리아 기반의 마이크로비드를 제공하기 위하여, 바이오틴(biotin)이 표면에 결합된 갖는 박테리아와 스트렙타비딘(streptavidin)이 표면에 코팅되고, 약물이 물리적으로 봉입된 마이크로비드를 포함하는 암 조직에 대한 약물운반체을 제공한다.
