The present invention is related to a pharmaceutical composition for liver-receptor imaging injection, the pharmaceutical composition comprising a bi-functional compound with ASGPR specificity, wherein the bi-functional compound comprises a backbone of alpha-amino acid (or the derivatives thereof) and a galactosamine chain (or a lactose chain) connected to the alpha-amino acid. Thereby, it is possible to quantify potential of liver storage ability and evaluate the severity of the course of liver disease. A liver-receptor imaging injection using the same and a dispensing method thereof are also provided to improve iodine-labeled defects and overcome disadvantages of the lower labeling-yield and the instability after autoclave sterilization.本發明係關於一種用於肝受體造影用注射劑之醫藥組合物,其具醣質肝受體專一性之雙官能基化合物,其包含有作為骨架之具α-氨基之胺基酸(或其衍生物)以及與該胺基酸互相連接之聚半乳糖鏈或聚乳糖鏈,藉此可定量肝儲存功能之潛力,可以評估肝臟病程嚴重度。本發明亦提供包含有該醫藥組合物之肝受體造影用注射劑及其以單一步驟調劑的方法,藉此可改進碘標誌之缺點,並克服標誌產物經高壓滅菌程序後標誌產率減少且不穩定的缺點。
