Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zubereitungen sind trotz eines geringen Anteils an Polyglyceryl-10-Stearat Emulgator von weniger als 6 Gew.% stabil, ästhetisch akzeptabel und hautfreundlich.Cosmetic or dermatological preparation comprises less than 6 wt.% of polyglyceryl-10 stearate. Independent claims are included for: (1) use of less than 6 wt.% of polyglyceryl-10 stearate for producing cosmetic or dermatological preparations with an improved skin compatibility and clemency towards preparations with other hydrophilic emulsifiers and other identical composition and (2) preparing the cosmetic or dermatological emulsion preparation, comprising using polyglyceryl-10-stearate as emulsifier in a cold-cold-process, or adding polyglyceryl-10-stearate as emulsifier in aqueous- and/or in the oil-phase of the emulsion.
