PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an interference between a screw for fixing a bone plate, and a through hole formed in the tibia to transplant a ligament in an anterior cruciate ligament reconstructive operation.SOLUTION: This drill guide apparatus 1 for the tibia includes: a drilling instruction part 2a penetrating a tibia sticking part A a first guide cylinder part 4 for guiding a through-hole drill 3 for drilling a through hole C from the higher anterior side face of the tibia B, with a straight line H passing through the drilling instruction part 2a as an axis a connecting part 5 connecting the first guide cylinder part 4 to the drilling instruction part 2a in a positioned state and a second guide cylinder part 7 for guiding a prepared hole drill for forming a prepared hole from the higher inner side face of the tibia B. The second guide cylinder part 7 is mounted to the connecting part 5 rotatably around the axis, and provided at its distal end with a male screw fastened to a threaded hole provided in the bone plate 10 arranged along the higher inner side face of the tibia B.
